There are a lot of bands out there that are influenced by the oldschool metal. It's hard to keep track of them. I'll throw a few out there that I know of...

I saw a band on Leno a few weeks ago called Black Mountain. They were similar to Wolfmother in that they were clearly trying to turn back the clock to the early 70's and run with Led Zep and Sabbath, but they were a five piece with a chick up front. I haven't bothered to look into them further, but I plan to. Anyone into them?

I'm into Black Mountain. You can get a lot of their stuff online. Real hippy stuff with a Sabbath influence.

This Black Mountain song doesn't seem particularly metal, but it has the benefit of having perhaps been filmed at Camp Sussex. I kinda like the title, too.
