I'll always remember Purple Rainbow as the last thing I read about on Usenet before Time Warner pulled the plug.

I wonder what people will do to get their usenet fix? There is google groups for text groups. In some of the alt.binary groups people losing the alt were discussing some of the pay news servers like giganews.

Maybe the alt music discussion groups will just migrate to forums like this.

Anyway, welcome back.

Welcome back AA! Are you still in contact with VOR? If you are tell her to stop on by The DaMB. Especially since Pip is still missing.
