Sheer boredom sent me to my favorite movie site @ 2 a.m. to look for something to hopefully soothe my need for visual and mental entertainment. I had never heard of this movie but it received a higher user rating than most movies I've watched lately.
"Felon" is a bout a man who's encounter with an intruder in his home one night causes an event that changes his life dramatically. Starring Brad Dourf, Val Kilmer and Sam Sheppard.
Last time I saw Val Kilmer and Sam Sheppard together in a movie was one of my all time favorites, Thunderheart. They didn't disappoint me then and their performance in this movie was both entertaining and emotionally charged. Not a dull moment, this storyline moves nicely and the overall moral of the movie really makes you think about how f*cked our legal and penal systems are!!
Very rarely do I give "5 Kisses" but this one is well deserving!
