Vegan, but not militant weirdo vegan.

.....Going to bed right now, but will definitely share more in this regard tomorrow.

OK,....so,

Fruit out the wazoo. Lots of nuts, I'm especially into almonds and walnuts. Tofu-everything,....soy milk, margarine.

Vegan chicken strips (yeah I know,....not chicken at all,....soy).

Pasta with vegan spaghetti sauce,...

I use tofu and Vegan fake cheese in cooking....and you know margarines and veggie oil and Heartsmart prouducts all work...

I eat a ton of pizza,....but it's with vegan cheese and whole wheat crust...

Peanut butter,...lots of it.

Wholemeal breads, fajitas,.....etc.

It's amazing how many vegan substitute foods you can find,....so I adapt pretty well in the "real" world.

I do drink milk (non-fat) on occasion,....maybe a gallon a month....

I won't eat meat but I do take Animal Pak (look em up) vitamins,....which are WAY not vegan...

Hey I like Boca Burgers...LOL Tofu is good, especially for making pudding. Ever had that stinky Tofu the Asians eat? Saw Andrew Zimmern eating it on Bizarre Foods and I think he liked the boiled-bird fetus eggs better. Go figure!

What kind of margarine do you use? I wastold its only a couple molecules away from being plastic so Im wondering if Atkins was correct about Butter being better for you. However, a vegan wouldn't eat butter I suppose.

I use Earth Balance or some Fleishman's (sp?) unsalted products.

Yeah, margarine's bad,.....but I burn vegetable oil when I cook with it, so I do better with margarine.
