Well, as I said at ARRMO, I was pretty much expecting this album to be total ****, like the crap, that has come out after the Black Album!

It's NICE to be wrong, occassionally!

This album is quite good!

Definitely worth the $10 or $15 for it. 

If you liked 'And Justice for All' with a bit of 'Master of Puppets' and 'Ride the Lightning', you will like this. If you liked that **** after the Black Album or thought that the Black Album was the best thing since Sex, you might as well forget it!

It has nice long tunes, with lots of cool change-ups, heavy riffs, Old School Lars Drumming. Most tunes are over 7 mins long, one almost 10! ...and they don's SEEM too long!

The mix is quite good. Seems like Rubin worked his magic with them. It was apparently tracked to tape, with not ****ing click track for Lars to play too. It sounds nice and analog!

WOW! I'm just SO shocked that I'm actually recommending a Metallica CD! It's been SOOOOO long!

I may add it to the list of CDs I need to get.

Lars should give you the new one and $20 bucks if you actually bought the last one.
