Diozine.com's "The Man On A Silver Mountain" (TMOASM) web site is back on the scene with it's unique Elf King content. Except for the online bible that is Tapio's famous treasure trove of Dio info and THEDaMB's own Scot Clayton's groundbreaking RonnieJamesDio_Org Yahoo group, TMOASM is one of the earliest Dio fan sites on the web, which initially began its life as a printed fanzine.
TMOASM was founded in 1998 and is run by longtime online Dio fan and internet impresario Ken, who promises new updates in the coming months. In a recent posting on the always happening alt.music.dio Ken asks that the Dio faithfull, "Drop by and enjoy the tried and true features while the updates are being dropped in place."
Ken has worked closely with Ronnie and Niji management in the past when he ran the OFFICIAL Dio web site which many remember fondly as a highlight in that board's rocky and troubled history.
In a follow up post on alt.music.dio, Ken extolls the virtues of TMOASM by stating, "But, there are TONS of features there: articles, videos, music, games, trivia, photos from the band and the fans...and a great deal more. And it does not visually ASSAULT you like some web sites. Feel free to drop by and check things out as I continue to add updates and features."
We here at THEDaMB are happy to see Ken and TMOASM back in business. Take a look for yourself here.
